This Privacy Policy explains how Thomas Lee, a licensed real estate salesperson doing business as NJ Nest and affiliated with 2Win Realty LLC (“NJ Nest,” “Tom”), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit njnest.com, openhouse.njnest.com, and the property search pages at njnest.idxbroker.com (together, “the site”).
Information you give us
You share information with Tom when you choose to:

Information collected automatically
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, the site’s hosting providers record standard server information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, mainly for security and to keep the site running.
- Spam protection. Forms on njnest.com use Google reCAPTCHA, which looks at how the page is used to tell people from automated bots. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that check.
- Property search. The listing search and featured listings are provided by IDX Broker, which may set its own cookies to remember searches and favorites.
- Videos. Podcast pages show a preview image; the YouTube video only loads, and YouTube’s cookies only apply, when you press play.
- Open house guide. openhouse.njnest.com saves a small cookie so your notes follow you between visits. It does not track you elsewhere. The open house site also uses Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits.
- Analytics. njnest.com uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, the type of device and browser, and approximate location (city level). Google Analytics uses cookies to do this and does not store full IP addresses. This information is reviewed in summary form to improve the site and is not used for advertising. Google’s use of this data is described in How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser. The site does not use advertising pixels or retargeting.
Do Not Track
The site does not change how it works in response to browser “Do Not Track” signals. Apart from the services named above, we do not allow third parties to track visitors across other websites.
How the information is used
- To answer your questions and follow up on your inquiry, home value request, or open house visit
- To send the buyer’s guide or information you asked for
- To provide property search features such as saved searches and alerts you set up
- To keep the site secure and free of spam
- To understand, in summary form, how visitors use the site so it can be improved
- To meet legal, licensing, and recordkeeping obligations that apply to real estate licensees in New Jersey
By sharing your phone number, you agree that Tom may call or text you about your inquiry. You will not be added to automated text marketing.
How the information is shared
NJ Nest does not sell your personal information and does not share it for targeted advertising.
Information is shared only:
- With service providers that run the site and email on Tom’s behalf, such as the website host (WP Engine), Google (email, spam protection, and site analytics), IDX Broker (property search), and Cloudflare (open house site). They may use the information only to provide their service.
- With 2Win Realty LLC, Tom’s brokerage, as required for supervision and recordkeeping.
- With other parties to a transaction, such as a lender, attorney, or inspector, only when you ask Tom to connect you or it is needed to move your transaction forward.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of you, Tom, or others.
How long it is kept
Inquiries are kept as long as needed to respond and to follow up on your real estate plans, and as long as New Jersey real estate recordkeeping rules require. You may ask Tom to delete your information at any time (see below).
Your choices and rights
You may ask to:
- See the personal information NJ Nest has about you
- Correct it
- Delete it
- Receive a copy of it
- Stop receiving follow-up emails or calls
New Jersey residents have these rights under the New Jersey Data Privacy Act, and NJ Nest honors them for every visitor. To make a request, email tom@njnest.com or call (848) 565-1425. Tom will respond within 45 days. If your request is declined, you may ask for it to be reconsidered by replying to that response.
To stop property search alerts, use the unsubscribe link in any alert email or update your account at njnest.idxbroker.com.
Security
Reasonable measures protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access. No website can promise perfect security.
Children
The site is meant for adults planning a home purchase or sale. It is not directed to children under 16, and NJ Nest does not knowingly collect their information.
Links to other sites
The site links to other services, such as Google Maps, YouTube, Instagram, and lender or school websites. Their privacy practices are their own.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
