As a buyer of a new condo, I have been told not to trust my agent too much, but to double check everything myself. However, Thomas is one of few people you can fully trust.

There are some points that I can highlight as the most pleasant experience that I am thankful for.

1. He did not push my family to buy ANY house for his sake. He has been patient with us and listened to us with his always soft and gentle attitude. So we were able to see and think thoroughly for our first house.

2. He introduced the most reliable people that I can work with from attorney to house cleaning team. There are so many services and people you have to take care including attorney, mortgage, and all about interior work. And I was told, again, to double check and compare the quote. I did so the first couple of times, and ended up believing that Thomas is there truly to support me and help me with the best connection and networking he had. And he does not take his personal advantage over these services except solidifying his network and connection. All those people and services that he introduced me were the best deal with great quality. Honestly, the service that I took care of myself was the least favorite experience. (I should have asked him for introducing the movers earlier!)

3. Another great thing was he explained and updated everything step by step and made certain that things are on the right places. From the closing date negotiation to the interior works, he worked really hard behind to make sure everything is alright. Sometimes, he was like a private butler to make me feel even spoiled. And I was certainly able to focus on my work since he took care of everything!

Thomas is so professional not only in the process itself but also in the people relationship that I can introduce and recommend him to any of my closest friends and family. He is an all-rounder to trust every step of buying a house. Most of all, he considers trust the most important, and he values long term credibility rather than short-term profit. That was so obvious in my 8 month journey.

I would love to work with him again if I have to.

We hired Thomas to sell our homes in both Maywood and Cresskill. We hired him because of his attention to detail and valuable information throughout the process. We recieved above asking on both properties and the process was very well organized and laid out. Again throughout the process, there was never a time he didn't make himself available. I was so lucky to have Tom as my realtor. He was detailed and organized through out the whole process. With in a week of our first meeting he had several places lined up based on some requirements that had given him. We actually didn't even need to see any of the others after the first place. I moved in to my new apartment within 3 weeks of that firsts meeting. He even helped me move in a sofa. I recently worked with Thomas for a mutual client that got to purchase in their TOP town because of Thomas' connections!

Thomas was able to resolve a LOW APPRAISAL problem and still have everything needed for closing weeks early!

Thomas is magnetic and is a master negotiator.

My clients (and friends) had been working with several other agents during their 2 year home search and were getting frustrated. They were nearly ready to give up when Thomas was introduced them by a mutual friend and local builder.

Thomas was able to persuade the seller from working with an i-buyer with huge closing fees and instead into working with our mutual clients (netting the seller a greater profit).

What to say about Thomas Lee, the Realtor, the Person

Dad had lived an ideal retirement until he was 95 years old, but required closer supervision and needed to move with us to New Orleans. It was up top me, the Son, to sell the family home continuously inhabited for nearly 60 years. I had a buyer who would keep the neighborhood intact, but had no clue on what the procedures were, which are considerable and complex.

Tom wandered by the house one day and introduced himself, and although I was being wooed by 10 other realtors, I knew right away that he was the one. Tom answered all my questions in a calm and confident manner: the property, procedures, timing, market, costs, and any difficulties or delays. Tom is straight to the point and doesn't embellish or sugarcoat issues, which is just what one needs when selling the family legacy, a not unsentimental task.

From the time we met until the day we pulled out of the driveway for the last time, Tom was ever-present in the endeavor, whether onsite or communicating with us out-of-state, and events went as predictably smooth as possible. He had all the contacts and connections at his fingertips, whether for documentation, inspections, structural issues, zoning, moving and removing (un-needed furniture, etc) issues.
